If you are the Bride of Classic Style:

A classical wedding celebration is organized for romantic couples who love traditions.

For them it is recommended to choose a cathedral or another significant location which will let the bride fully enjoy this moment, sharing it with relatives and friends on such a special day. For the reception they usually choose villas or castles to create a perfect romantic atmosphere.

Location: old villas and castles

Set-up: table linen in white or ivory colour, gilded marble chairs or high-back chairs upholstered in the same colour of the tablecloth.

Table mats and plates of ceramics, crystal glasses and silver tableware.

Flower Design: white or ivory roses as a symbol of pure love. For those who prefer fancier flowers we recommend forget-me-nots as in the language of flowers  they mean faithfulness and eternal love.

Banqueting: organizing a classical wedding one should remember to follow the tradition that includes a welcome cocktail, aperitifs at the table, two first courses, a fish dish, sorbet, a meat dish and, of course, sweets buffet that offers cream cakes, chocolate cakes and lots of fresh fruit.

Our advice: according to the tradition there should be a meat dish, usually risotto and pasta. We recommend risotto with pumpkin flowers, zucchini and saffron or pumpkin and  crisp speck ham, or asparagus with parmigiano cheese. The selected dishes should have a classic taste and not be too exotic, as it is a risky choice for a wedding reception. The second course according to the tradition should contain  sea dressing. The ideal variant would be crayfish with rocket or lobsters. Pasta is advised for the menu as with it we can use a lot of dressing. For the second course there can be served salmon or fillet of grouper with potatoes and rosemary, and veal with vegetables au gratin.
