For the couples who like simple weddings in a rural context in a small church in the countryside.
The reception is usually organized in farmhouses or cottages surrounded by greenery. For the reception during cold seasons we recommend an antique farmstead with a lot of wooden structures, natural colours and soft light, during warm seasons it is preferable to celebrate the event in the open air, under a portico or in the shade of old trees.
Location: farmhouses, farmsteads, country houses
Set-up: table cloths of linen, coverings of white jute, woven table mats and ceramic plates. Plain glasses and steel tableware.
Flower Design: compositions of sunflowers, daisies, gerberas, lilies and anthuriums of sunny colours.
Banqueting: the choice of the dishes, their presentation and preparation should correspond to the style of the reception and convey the atmosphere of the event.
Our advice: aperitifs a buffet with ham, various kinds of cheese with honey and jam, sausage and snacks fried in foil.
The waiter service should reflect the main mood so we recommend home-made pasta and chickpeas served in potsherds.
The second course can consist of bone-in meat or roast pig with potatoes. Sweets buffet should offer a fruit tart and a honey cake.
