If you are the Bride of Elegant Style:

The future spouses who decide to live their day as a fairy-tale and want to make their dream come true, choose a lofty elegant location, usually an old palace, a Renaissance villa o a medieval castle.

Location: old palaces, Renaissance villas and medieval castles.

Set-up: table linen trimmed with organza, pieces of tulle on the tables and buffet; upholstered chairs, rose petals on the tables; silver table mats and tableware with Richard Ginori plates and dinner set with golden thread.

Flower design: the excellent flowers are calla lilies, the symbol of refined beauty. Other flowers can be orchids as they represent beauty and elegancy.

Banqueting: it must be organized in such a way that the guests spend as little time at the table as possible. It should have a rich buffet with aperitifs  served on the tables in the corners, a brief waiter service (two first courses and one second) and varied sweets and fruit buffet.

Our advice: the banqueting service should reflect the mood of the wedding and should not have many simple dishes.

The buffet of aperitifs is set in the “speciality corners” to offer a variety of tastes. It would be ideal to unite some course of finger food with slices of ham, caviar canapés with the sea food corner and the corner of mozzarella with aperitifs fried in foil.

For the waiter service we recommend Rice with Champagne and chopped white truffles or seasoned with lemon and cedar of Sorrento.

The second course can be chosen from ravioli with fish and sea bass and grouper or scorpion fish and small tomatoes.

For the meat course we recommend fillet with three kinds of pepper and baked potatoes or baked custard with carrots and spinach as a side dish.

Sweets and fruit buffet is the main part of the banquet and must offer a variety of cakes, mousse and cream dessert in small glasses and, of course, various fruits typical of the season. Also there should be a pancakes corner and a confectionery corner.
