Modus Operandi
We believe in the traditions but every day we experiment with new things. Our international experience allows us to apply an innovative style to the modern demand of the future spouses without breaking old good traditions.
The reception is divided into 5 phases:
1. Welcome Cocktail
The welcome cocktail is a cordial way to take care of your guests at their arrival at the location.It lasts a short time but it is a tactful touch given to the reception by our brides.
2. Buffet of Appetizers
Authentic culinary specialities of any kind, from rural products to sea food, from the selection of cheese to fried appetizers prepared at sight. A genuine tradition realized with the maximum attention even to scenographic details.
3. Waiter Service
Waiter service is essential for any wedding reception as it represents a kind of attention that every guest would like to have.To meet the new demand of modern couples who desire to stay at the table just for a short time, we have followed some fundamental rules:
• A waiter for each table
• Tables for no more than ten people
• Simultaneous service at all the tables
• Maximum 6 courses (two first courses, two second courses and two side dishes)
• Servicing in oven-proof dishes
• The presence of Maitre and the manager of the reception room to attentively control the schedule
In this case the longest servicing lasts maximum two hours and all this time the guests are cuddled remembering this moment with pleasure.
4. Wedding Cake
Traditionally the moment of the cake is the climax of the wedding reception. There is nothing more romantic than to cut the cake together wishing each other a long happy life.And for this reason the wedding cake is a fundamental aspect of the reception, the absolute protagonist of the indelible recollection.
This moment requires a particular scenography and music so that even the guests remain fascinated by the atmosphere specially prepared for the newlyweds.
5. The Sweets and Fruit Buffet
This buffet opens the most entertaining part of the reception - a dance party! Everything is organized in such a way that all the guests can enjoy this moment in the complete freedom of movement and have fun without hesitation.
It does not take much to make your reception perfect, the important thing is to leave nothing to chance and to rely on the people who are really competent in the field of organization.
